SLHI manages a number of “restricted funds” – funds whose donor has restricted their use towards a specific issue or goal. In FY2015, SLHI provided $462,225 in direct medical assistance for individuals who are unable to pay for necessary services and devices, with a particular focus on vision, hearing and dental care.
